This is your home base for leading a Seven Slot Sisterhood community.

Some of you are helping build a brand-new state from the beginning. Others are stepping into a state or community that already has members, friendships, events, conversations, and its own rhythm.

Those are different starting points, but the heart of the job is the same.

We are building rooms where women feel comfortable talking, asking questions, meeting each other, finding women near them, and eventually showing up in real life because they already feel like they belong.

That is why everything we do as leaders comes back to one idea: Build The Room.

Build The Room Before You Build The Calendar

Events matter. Trail days matter. Meetups matter. But none of them are the foundation.

The online community is where women first start recognizing names, talking to each other, finding people nearby, and figuring out whether this feels like somewhere they belong.

When that connection exists, walking into an event feels very different. Instead of walking into a room full of strangers, she is walking toward women she already knows from the room.

That is what we are building.

Building From The Beginning

New State Community Guide

This guide is for leaders helping build a brand-new Seven Slot Sisterhood state community or one that is still in the very early stages of growing.

Use this guide if:
Your state is new, conversation is just getting started, women are still finding each other, or the room is still building its foundation.

How SSS Communities Grow

Every new Seven Slot Sisterhood community begins at the state level.

We keep women together at the state level first so the community has room to grow and so women across the state have a chance to find each other.

As that room grows, we pay attention to where members live, where conversations are happening, where events naturally develop, and whether geography is making connection difficult.

An event happening in a certain city does not automatically mean that city needs its own community. A handful of women living near each other does not automatically mean it either.

If an area eventually shows consistent growth, activity, connection, geographic need, and repeated demand, then a local community may make sense.

The community creates the need for a local room. We do not create the room first and then hope people fill it.

Seven Slot Sisterhood communities are here to help women connect closer to home while still being part of one larger Sisterhood.

Most of our communities are organized at the state level. A few established areas use regional communities because that structure already makes sense for their geography and growth.

Local meetups and events can happen anywhere inside a state or region. A separate community is only created when there is a real need for one.

As communities grow, we watch where women are located, where connection is happening, and where geography may make a smaller community useful.

The community creates the need. We do not create a local group and then try to fill it.
