Seven Slot Sisterhood® Community Leaders help create the kind of state community women actually want to be part of.
This role is not about filling every weekend with events or feeling responsible for entertaining everyone. It is about helping build the room first: a community where women recognize names, feel comfortable joining conversations, make connections, and know they have people around them.
A lot of that starts online. Community Leaders welcome new members, start conversations, encourage participation, introduce women to one another, notice who may be hanging back, and help create an environment where members feel comfortable becoming part of the group instead of simply watching from the sidelines.
The online group is the foundation for what happens in real life. When women already recognize names, have talked to one another, and feel like they know someone, showing up to a meetup, outing, or event becomes a whole lot easier.
A strong community is not measured by how full the calendar is. It is measured by whether women are connecting, friendships are forming, new members feel included, and the group is becoming a place women genuinely want to come back to.
You Are Not Expected to Do It Alone
State communities are built through teamwork. Leaders communicate, share responsibilities, support one another, and bring different strengths to the group. One person may love organizing an outing. Another may be great at welcoming new members. Someone else may be the person who keeps conversations moving online or notices the woman standing by herself and pulls her into the room.
As communities grow, leadership may grow too. New leaders can be added when a state needs more support because of activity, geography, member concentration, or the needs of the community. The goal is not for one person to carry an entire state on her shoulders.

- Leaders who can work as part of a team
- Women who are active and comfortable connecting with members online
- People who notice when someone needs to be welcomed or included
- Leaders who want to help build community, not simply host events
