Thinking About Becoming a Seven Slot Sisterhood® Community Lead?

If you love helping women connect, feel welcome, and find their place in the Jeep community, this may be the next right step for you.

Become a Seven Slot Sisterhood Community Lead

Seven Slot Sisterhood® Community Leads help bring our nationwide Sisterhood closer to home. They are the women who help start conversations, welcome new members, encourage local connection, and help build a space where ladies feel comfortable showing up.

This is not about being the boss of your area, running a club, or creating a mini government because Facebook handed us buttons and temptation. It is about connection, consistency, and helping women nearby find each other.

Some areas may grow quickly. Some may start small. Both are okay. Every strong community starts with someone willing to show up, say hello, and help get things moving.

What a Community Lead Helps With

Welcoming Members

Help new ladies feel seen, included, and comfortable jumping into the local community.

Starting Conversations

Post simple questions, local check-ins, Jeep talk, meetup ideas, and conversation starters that help women connect.

Encouraging Local Connection

Help women find others nearby for coffee, lunch, trail days, Jeep talk, events, or low-pressure get-togethers.

Supporting the SSS Mission

Keep the space positive, welcoming, respectful, and focused on the bigger Sisterhood, not personal control.

This May Be a Good Fit If You...

  • Want to help women in your area feel more connected.
  • Can be welcoming to new members, even when the group is still small.
  • Understand that building community takes time and consistency.
  • Are comfortable starting simple conversations and encouraging others to join in.
  • Can support the Seven Slot Sisterhood® mission without turning it into your personal club.
  • Are willing to communicate, follow guidelines, and work with the bigger SSS structure.

This Is Probably Not the Right Fit If You...

  • Want a title more than you want to do the work.
  • Only want to promote your own events, club, business, or personal agenda.
  • Need full control over everything in your area.
  • Do not like following guidelines or working with a larger brand structure.
  • Expect a huge active group overnight. Spoiler: that is not how real community works.
  • Do not have time to help keep the local space active in a healthy, realistic way.

A quick note before you apply: Community Leads are selected in rounds as areas are ready, local interest grows, and support is needed.

Applying does not guarantee that your area will open right away, and it does not guarantee selection. We would rather grow this the right way than rush the map just to make it look full.

If your area is not ready yet, that does not mean no forever. It may simply mean not yet.

Ready to Be Considered?

If this sounds like something you would genuinely enjoy helping with, fill out the Community Lead application. Take your time and answer honestly. We are looking for women who care about connection, not just a shiny title.
