Your custom badge is a novelty exterior accessory made to be enjoyed on your vehicle. Because it lives outside, exposure to sun, rain, heat, cold, mud, road grime, car washes, trail use, and everyday driving can eventually cause normal wear.
We would rather be upfront about that than promise an exterior accessory will look brand new forever.
What matters is what happens when your badge needs replacing.
1-Year Warranty
Every Custom4x4Badges badge includes a 1-year, no-questions-asked warranty.
If your badge has an issue within the first year of purchase, we will replace it.
No replacement cost.
No shipping cost.
No hoops to jump through.
Fading, peeling, discoloration, adhesive issues, or another problem with your badge? Submit a warranty request and we will take care of it.
Lifetime $10 Refresh Program
Once your original 1-year warranty has ended, your badge is still covered by our Lifetime Refresh Program.
If your previously purchased badge becomes faded, weathered, worn, or simply needs a fresh start, you can replace it for:
$10 flat, shipping included.
You do not have to buy the same badge again at full price just because Mother Nature eventually did what Mother Nature does.
Your 1-year warranty expires.
Your ability to refresh your badge does not.
Taking Care of Your Badge
A little care can help extend the life of your badge.
Wash gently with mild soap and water using a soft cloth or sponge. Avoid spraying the badge directly with a pressure washer, and avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, strong cleaners, or abrasive products.
Treat it like any other exterior accessory you want to keep looking good.
