At Custom 4x4 Badges, we create full-color, metal badges made just for you — no templates, no duplicates, no boring. But before we start working on your masterpiece, we need a little info from you. Because this is your badge… and we’re just the small shop turning your vision into reality.
Badges are $23 each and match the size of your factory badge (2.4" round).
Important: Please DO NOT place an order until you’ve received a mockup from us. If you do, we’ll quietly cancel it and pretend it never happened. 😅
📝 How to Make Your Custom Badge
🔤 The Words You Want on It:
Tell us exactly what you want your badge to say — trail name, club name, slogan, or your Jeep’s alter ego. If you leave it up to us, don’t be surprised when it shows up saying “Sir Crawler McStallsALot.”
- Want a specific font? Head to dafont.com and pick your fave.
- If you say “just pick something,” you’ll get Plain Jane Basic — and yes, that’s a real font in our world.
- Using a paid font? Please purchase and send us the file.
➕ Want the “4x4”?
Let us know if you want “4x4” placed at the bottom of the badge. Yes, people forget this… a lot. And then act surprised. 🙃
🎨 The Artwork (AKA: The Main Character Energy)
Let’s get real for a sec. We do not create artwork from scratch. Not because we’re lazy — but because decoding “a skull, but pretty… but not too girly… with mountains… but also flowers… but tough” is how we lose years off our life. 😅
This is your vision — we’re just here to bring it to life with all the shine and sass it deserves.
What we WILL NOT accept:
- Screenshots from Google that look like they were taken with a potato
- Blurry club logos from the early 2000s
- Watermarked “inspo” you didn’t pay for
- A photo of your tattoo… still on your body
- Pictures of your shirt/hoodie/coffee mug with the logo on it — we're making a badge, not a modeling portfolio
What we DO want:
- A high-resolution PNG with a white or transparent background
- Need edits or resizing? Send a vector file (SVG, AI, or EPS)
- If it looks fuzzy when you zoom in, it’s a no-go. Think: clean, crisp, and badge-worthy

- Go to Google Images
- Search what you want + “PNG” (example: skull PNG transparent background)
- Click Tools → Under Color, select Transparent
- Pick a high-quality image with no watermark
- Found a paid version? Buy it and send us the clean file like a legend
