Seven Slot Sisterhood® Community Leaders help build and strengthen the community in their state.

The goal of a Community Leader is NOT to fill every weekend with events or feel like you constantly have to entertain members. The goal is to help build an environment where women feel welcomed, included, connected, and comfortable getting involved.

Being a Community Leader means helping women make connections both online and in real life. That can include welcoming new members, starting conversations, encouraging participation, introducing women to one another, helping members find common interests, supporting other leaders, learning what women around your state are looking for, and creating opportunities for relationships to grow.

A strong community is not measured by how many events are on the calendar. It is measured by whether women are connecting, friendships are forming, new members feel comfortable participating, and women feel like they genuinely belong.

You are also not expected to do everything yourself. SSS State Communities are built through teamwork. Community Leaders communicate, share responsibilities, support one another, and bring different strengths to the team.

We are looking for women who genuinely enjoy bringing people together, are dependable, communicate well, can work as part of a team, and want to help create a positive and welcoming community for women Jeep owners throughout their state.
