What region are you in?

We've divided the state into 10 "regions" to streamline event planning. It's perfectly fine if you're closer to an event in another region – we encourage ladies to attend any event across the state. This division aids in planning since not everyone is familiar with every city and county. We use color codes to bring together ladies in specific areas. Events take place throughout the region, not limited to a single county or city. Stay updated on upcoming events in your area through our Facebook page or group.

If you don't find a region leader in your area, we're always looking for ladies to assist in hosting events. Reach out to us at JeepGirlsOfFlorida@gmail.com for details on how you can contribute.

  • Stacy (Tampa Bay Region) - President of JGOF

    1. Small intro of yourself (how long have you been with JGOF)

My name is Stacy, and I'm honored to lead our community-building efforts. Over the past 11+ years as a Jeep enthusiast, I've had the pleasure of owning three Jeeps: my first, a 2007 JK, followed by a 1999 TJ, and now my cherished 2004 TJ named Chip. I'm fortunate to be married to my supportive husband, Gabe, known to many as The Jester Graphics. Both of us have been in the Jeep world for a long time and know what it takes to have a strong community. My journey in the Jeep community began at a pivotal moment, attending my very first Jeep event – an all-girls gathering hosted by Jeep Girls of Florida in 2015. I walked in as a stranger and left with enduring friendships. It was a transformative experience that introduced me to remarkable women and imparted invaluable life lessons. This event ignited my ongoing passion for the Jeep world. This was my first off-roading adventure, and it changed me forever!

    2. Tell us about your Jeep (name, any cool mods, etc)

Chip is a 2004 TJ. I have way to many mods to list but the only thing left stock is the engine and transmission lol. Everything else has been changed in some way. My longest relationship is with my Jeep "Chip", we have been together for over 10 years. He is a diva who hates the mud and loves the rocks. He got his name because I always have the good snacks on the trail and my diet is that of a very picky 5 year old lol.

    3. What is JGOF to you and why did join the leadership team.

For several years, I actively participated as a member of TJK, where I contributed to organizing rides and events. What deeply troubled me during that time was the consistent lack of respect for women, both on and off the trails. In 2017, a conversation with my now-husband led to the creation of Jeep Girl Nation, initially conceived as a national group welcoming women from across the country. My unwavering belief was that we could all learn from each other, and the more women we could bring together to uplift and guide one another, the stronger we'd be. In 2018, a significant rebranding transformed us into Seven Slot Sisterhood. This change was prompted by an incident involving an online troll, a story for another time. From that point on, our mission was clear: to provide steadfast support to women across the nation. We organized events and classes in Florida along with rides in various states, culminating in the vibrant community we are today – a collective of strong, resilient women who share a profound love for off-roading and our Jeeps. In 2020, Brenda (Founder of JGOF) approached me with an opportunity I couldn't refuse – the chance to take the reins of Jeep Girls of Florida. Brenda's goal was to ensure her ladies still had a home, support, and a community. So a new chapter for JGOF began.

    4. Where is your favorite place that your Jeep has taken you?

I always say.."Oh the places we will go" and have I gone places! Best wheeling is definitely Windrock, TN. Moab is "cool" and it is a fun time. Colorado is the most beautiful place I have ever seen. It is amazing the places your Jeep can take you that the average person will never get to experience.

    5. What has the “Jeep Life” given you?

Confidence.. My Jeep gives me the confidence to do things I never thought I would be doing and I'm loving every minute of it!

    6. What is the one “Bucket List” thing you want to do with your Jeep.

I have been very blessed to travel the country and wheel. My "bucket list" is to keep doing that with my husband!

    7. If you could go back in time to the day you bought your Jeep what is the ONE piece of advice you would give yourself?

Sit back, bucket up and hold on. Trust the journey that is the "Jeep Life" and know that everything happens for a reason and it will all work out the way it should.

  • Shelley (Tampa Bay Region) -Vice President of JGOF

    1. Small intro of yourself (how long have you been with JGOF)

Hellllooooo Ladies!   I’m Shelley – or otherwise known as Jersey!  I live in the New Port Richey area and have been a member of JGOF since 2014.

    2. Tell us about your Jeep (name, any cool mods, etc)

I drive Jersey – a 2013 JK.  She was bone stock when I bought her.  I laugh and say that we “grew up together”.  The more I grew, so did she.   She’s tenacious, a tad loud, feisty, sometimes a bit of a drama queen and always up for an adventure!  She’s also my daily driver and off-road toy all in one.  185K miles of fun (so far!)

    3. What is JGOF to you and why did join the leadership team.

Stacy made me!   Kidding….I excitedly do this without the arm twisting!

I remember being that newbie in the Jeep community - not knowing anyone and having no idea what lied ahead of me (both on and off the road).  I have met some of the most fantastic women through JGOF, who have become such special friends.  It is rewarding to be part of the growth of our community as we continue to bring girls together all because of the love of their Jeep.  I was lucky to have a few great people show me the ropes, so this is my way of paying it forward by helping my fellow jeep girls learn about their jeeps, encourage them to push their limits off-road and watch their confidence grow!

    4. Where is your favorite place that your Jeep has taken you?

I have a very unusual emotional attachment to the TN mountains.  Windrock park is my favorite place to wheel and the Smokies are magical to me.

    5. What has the “Jeep Life” given you?

There are not enough words to accurately describe how my jeep changed my life.  She has given me more confidence, passion, adventures, joy, and some of the best friendships of my life.  She has helped me understand what I want out of life and how important it is to enjoy the short time we spend on earth.   She has shown me that I am more capable than I give myself credit for and that I love my comfort zones being pushed & the adrenaline rush that comes with it. But most of all, she has taught me to never forget where you came from….we all started somewhere and you never stop learning or seeking new experiences.

    6. What is the one “Bucket List” thing you want to do with your Jeep.

Just one….eeeeek!   I want to take her to Black Bear Pass in Colorado

    7. If you could go back in time to the day you bought your Jeep what is the ONE piece of advice you would give yourself?

Believe in yourself & go for it!

  • Angela (Tampa Bay Region)

    1. Small intro of yourself (how long have you been with JGOF)

Hi there! I'm Angie. I'm a transplant to Florida (born in Maine) and currently reside in Brooksville. I've been part of JGoF since 2020ish.

    2. Tell us about your Jeep (name, any cool mods, etc)

My Jeep is Kidlin. She's a 2003 intense blue, perfectly imperfect TJ. She's not as modified as some, but she keeps up well enough. She has a 4 inch lift (Zone), 35" tires, front and rear Eaton lockers, Yukon chromoly axel shafts, Antirock sway bar (front), MOJO4x4 coating on the inside, and then some odd ball stuffs. I have fairies all around if you look hard enough.

    3. What is JGOF to you and why did join the leadership team.

JGoF is a group of bad ass Florida women who want to hang out, ride, wheel, raise money for charity and help other women Jeep owners find the confidence in not only using and working on their Jeeps but other aspects of their lives.

    4. Where is your favorite place that your Jeep has taken you?

River Rock Off Road Park in GA with some of my besties!

    5. What has the “Jeep Life” given you?

"Jeep life" has brought me together with my besties! But it has also brought me a sense of confidence, a sense of family here in FL, and a good way to relieve stress!!

    6. What is the one “Bucket List” thing you want to do with your Jeep.

    Moab! Just once!

    7. If you could go back in time to the day you bought your Jeep what is the ONE piece of advice you would give yourself?

So much! Listen to those that are truly experienced (not the wannabes), take your time, trust your rig, trust your spotters (again the experienced not the wannabes) but mostly TRUST YOURSELF!

  • Mitzi (Tampa Bay Region)

    1. Small intro of yourself (how long have you been with JGOF)

Hello, My name is Mitzi and I have been part of JGOF for over 6 years now.

    2. Tell us about your Jeep (name, any cool mods, etc)

Maui is my 2016 JKU, Maui has had a few modifications over the years and I have enjoyed growing right along with him! Mods are a fun and exciting yet also a nerve-racking part of the fun. Making each Jeep as unique as the driver!

    3. What is JGOF to you and why did join the leadership team.

JGOF is an important part of the Jeep life for me. While SSS is a huge part of my heart and soul, JGOF is where I get to spend quality time with the women that make such an important impact in the Jeep community in Florida. The best part of being in leadership is not only learning from all of the different experiences' others bring to the table, but helping others with my experience. We all have to start at the beginning and all have something to learn and teach.

    4. Where is your favorite place that your Jeep has taken you?

I have to say that Windrock is by far my favorite destination and this past year was one for the books. I am excited to see what adventures await in 2024!

    5. What has the “Jeep Life” given you?

The Jeep life has brought many things into my life, including some of the best friends I could have asked for. Jeep Life is Family Life, being able to share the great times with my chosen family is one of the most rewarding parts!

    6. What is the one “Bucket List” thing you want to do with your Jeep.

    Moab and Colorado

    7. If you could go back in time to the day you bought your Jeep what is the ONE piece of advice you would give yourself?

Don't worry about breaking stuff.. That just means you get "UPGRADES"!!

  • PeggySue (Tampa Bay Region)

    1. Small intro of yourself (how long have you been with JGOF)

Hi! My name is PeggySue or PSP for short. I’ve been a part of JGOF for 3 years now.

    2. Tell us about your Jeep (name, any cool mods, etc)

I have a 2023 JLU Rubicon and her name is Kaikoa which stands for sea warrior in Hawaiian. I’m slowly making modifications and recently put a 3.5in Metalcloak lift with 37in tires and 17in beadlocks.

    3. What is JGOF to you and why did join the leadership team.

JGOF to me is really an amazing group of badass women supporting each other in all aspects of our lives. Our Jeeps just happened to bring us together. I decided to join the leadership team because I wanted to share my knowledge, passion, support and friendship to others.

    4. Where is your favorite place that your Jeep has taken you?

River Rock ORV in GA. It was my first time wheeling out of state and where I truly pushed myself to overcome my fears.

    5. What has the “Jeep Life” given you?

Friends who’ve become family and freedom.

    6. What is the one “Bucket List” thing you want to do with your Jeep.

You can do anything you put your mind to. !!

  • Janette (Tampa Bay Region)

    1. Small intro of yourself (how long have you been with JGOF)

My name is Janette McElwain and I live in Valrico, Florida.  I joined JGOF June 2021 right after purchasing my very first 2019 Jeep JLU Sport just days after my 50th birthday. She was my favorite color, Bikini Pearl coat, and after a full page of brainstorming, I named her Kailani, which in Hawaiian means Sea and Sky, matching the gorgeous turquoise color she is!

    2. Tell us about your Jeep (name, any cool mods, etc)

Being new to the Jeep family, my first year was asking A LOT of questions, taking notes and learning as much as I could.  My Jeep came with a 3” lift and stated with baby shoes (33” tires) on her.  After a few trail rides and with the help of another JGOF sister, I wheeled on 37” tires and love them so much, I just purchased my first new set going with Nitto’s, 17” bronze wheels and removed the spare tire off the rear door too.  WOW, what a difference in driving and trail riding!  Other modifications include a new set of Spyder bumpers with a black sparkly powder coating along with changing out my track bar.  Fenders are next on the list to replace as two are hanging on by only a few clips.  As the Jeep saying goes, if it breaks, no tears/worries, UPGRADES!!!!

    3. What is JGOF to you and why did join the leadership team.

The reason I joined JGOF was exactly what their mission stands for – empowering women.  As anew Jeep owner, I needed to learn how to wheel safely, how to take care of my own maintenance, have access to a support group and just wanted to live the Jeep life surrounded by others with the same passion.   I have made a special effort to attend as many of the promoted events as possible.  This is the way to meet new JGOF sisters and even bring new ones to join.  I also appreciate how JGOF includes fundraising opportunities throughout the year as a meaningful way to give back to our local communities.  After experiencing all of this in just one year, I was so excited and honored to have an opportunity to join the leadership team.  It allowed me to spread my wings and work more closely with other leaders who have the same passion, desire and drive of supporting the JGOF mission making a positive difference for any and all Jeep sisters.

    4. Where is your favorite place that your Jeep has taken you?

Kailani has taken me to Florida’s sandy beaches, trails and event hot spots along with crossing the border into the Georgia mountains so far….

    5. What has the “Jeep Life” given you?

The Jeep life has given me friendships, new connections, community involvement, a sense of freedom, knowledge, and allowed me to face my fear of driving through, what I would call, ‘deep water’.

    6. What is the one “Bucket List” thing you want to do with your Jeep.

My bucket list of places to go with Kailani are to experience a more intense trail ride/rock climbing adventure such as Hardrock, Windrock, ride through snow and visit more lighthouses nationwide.

    7. If you could go back in time to the day you bought your Jeep what is the ONE piece of advice you would give yourself?

From the day I bought my Jeep, one piece of advice I would give myself is I should have bought one sooner!!

  • Michelle (Tampa Bay Region)

    1. Small intro of yourself (how long have you been with JGOF)

Michelle Anderson plant city. I have 2 Jeeps.

My off-road Jeep is a 2014 JK named Dirty Intentions. She has a Ls motor, 4 1/2” lift and on 40’s. My daily driver is a 2020 Jl named Blue Rita. She is margarita themed with a 3” lift and 33” tires.

    3. What is JGOF to you and why did join the leadership team.

JGOF is for all women who love Jeeps, whether you like testing your Jeeps limits, going on open trails or keeping it clean and shiny we have a place for you with encouragement and support.

    4. Where is your favorite place that your Jeep has taken you?

The exhilaration I’ve felt climbing mountains at Loretta Lynn’s ranch in TN with Dirty Intentions, to driving around Daytona at Jeep beach in Blue Rita I’m a Jeep girl through and through.

    5. What has the “Jeep Life” given you?

Jeep life helped me find new friends and a new passion after becoming an empty nester.

    6. What is the one “Bucket List” thing you want to do with your Jeep.

I’m hoping this next year to make more out of state trips with Dirty Intentions and add some more cool mods to Blue Rita.

    7. If you could go back in time to the day you bought your Jeep what is the ONE piece of advice you would give yourself?

If I could go back to the day I bought my first Jeep, Dirty Intentions I’d tell myself it’s okay to try new things, it’s okay to get stuck, it’s how you learn and how you build confidence. I was very timid at start and it took some time to get out there!

  • Brooke (Tampa Bay Region)

    1. Small intro of yourself (how long have you been with JGOF)

    3. What is JGOF to you and why did join the leadership team.

When I joined, I was looking for friends that love everything about jeeps.  What I found is a group of non judgemental ladies, that if you need help or a question answered, there's always someone available.

    4. Where is your favorite place that your Jeep has taken you?

Daydream Believer is a Florida girl through and through.  I love taking her out to Daytona, for beach days and photo shoots.

My hubby and I are both Jeepers, and it's nice to have someone to share my obsession with.

    6. What is the one “Bucket List” thing you want to do with your Jeep.

On my jeep bucket list, is to go to a cabin in the Great Smokies, and hit up some trails.

    7. If you could go back in time to the day you bought your Jeep what is the ONE piece of advice you would give yourself?

When I saw Daydream Believer, it was love at first sight. Advice I could've used, was start a jeep fund.  You never know when something needs repairing, or when you want to modify or upgrade.

  • Charlene (Tampa Bay Region)

Which is why I am so honored to be a part of the leadership team.  I want to change as many lives as I can. Truly, in my daily life this is what I strive to do. • Jessica (Tampa Bay Region)

    1. Small intro of yourself (how long have you been with JGOF)

I’m Jessica. I grew up in Chicago and transplanted to Palm Beach County 25+ years ago. I now live in SE Pasco County (Zephyrhills) and work Hillsborough County. My daughter is 600+ miles away at college; my husband works most of the time—so it’s basically just me & my Jeepthese days! LOL

I love the beach and getting muddy, too. I frequent the beaches of South and Southwest FL, the forests in Central FL, and the mountains in TN and NC. I have been a part of the Jeep community for several years and just recently joined JGOF during its time of resurrection.

    2. Tell us about your Jeep (name, any cool mods, etc)

This is my 2020 Black Pearl(@SaltyWickedWench).She has really become an extension of my life and personality. She is black with purple highlights; I am a little dark at times, and purple is my favorite color. I love the ocean and I am intrigued by the pirate life. I have always loved Pirates of the Caribbean—the Disney ride and the movies; I love Captain Jack and all things Johnny Depp. I bought my Pearl mostly stock, and have been slowly modifying as I learn to work on her…and can afford!

    3. What is JGOF to you and why did join the leadership team.

Jeep girls and the Jeep community in general is like no other; it’s always been a positive ride since my joining. More specifically, though, finding JGOF was a blessing and has become a sense of belonging to me. I have met so, so many wonderful ladies, all uplifting and encouraging. No judging, no degrading, no competition, no jealousy, no drama. No Jeep is ever “too stock” and no question is ever slightly stupid. I absolutely love that every single Jeep is different… and always creatively beautiful!

Jumping into a new vehicle and joining a whole new community by myself was a super scary adventure! I love all the ladies who embrace, encourage, push, and teach me—what a blessing! And I want to be a part of paying it forward.

    4. Where is your favorite place that your Jeep has taken you?

I always love exploring and learning to maneuver new trails with friends. ButI LOVEthe beach at sunset the most! Any beach, any weather, any evening. There is just something about a naked Jeep in the sand at the water’s edge at sunset—it’s my serenity always!

    5. What has the “Jeep Life” given you?

The Jeep life has brought joy back into my life—a sense of excitement, adventure, and dreams. Sometimes tears, too, and always an empty bank account. LOL

    6. What is the one “Bucket List” thing you want to do with your Jeep.

I would love someday to have the ability and confidence to take care of my Jeep entirely all by myself!

    7. If you could go back in time to the day you bought your Jeep what is the ONE piece of advice you would give yourself?

Life is short and you will never have enough money saved. Don’t wait to enjoy your ride!

  • Jennifer (Tampa Bay Region)

    1. Small intro of yourself (how long have you been with JGOF)

Hi! I’m Jennifer and recently purchased my second Jeep which is a 2021 Rubicon 4xe. I have been trail riding for a few years now and love being off road any chance I get.

    2. Tell us about your Jeep (name, any cool mods, etc)

I’m undecided on a name for my Jeep. We are in the process of starting to wrap it a minty teal color and thinking about naming it Mintally Unstable. We are having a 3.5” lift put on with 37’s.

    3. What is JGOF to you and why did join the leadership team.

JGOF means a place where we can support one another and our community. Building lifelong friendships and doing good things for people and animals in need.

    4. Where is your favorite place that your Jeep has taken you?

So many to choose from. We have taken roads trips and so many memories and uncontrollable laughter in my Jeep.

    5. What has the “Jeep Life” given you?

This is a special one because I have met some amazing people. I have met some of the very best friends a gal could ask for.

    6. What is the one “Bucket List” thing you want to do with your Jeep.

My 2024 bucket list is to go to Krawlin’ for the fallen.

    7. If you could go back in time to the day you bought your Jeep what is the ONE piece of advice you would give yourself?

Don’t have buyers remorse because it is one of the best things I will have purchased.

  • Kaitlyn (Tampa Bay Region)

    1. Small intro of yourself (how long have you been with JGOF)

Hi! I’m Kaitlyn, I live in Clearwater with my husband Joe and our hound dog, Molly. I am a third generation master plumber, and I operate my family owned plumbing company. I love traveling, yoga, reading, and meeting new people!

    2. Tell us about your Jeep (name, any cool mods, etc)

My Jeep is a 2021 4Xe Wrangler. My husband has had Jeeps for years, but “Elle” is my first Jeep. I bought her on a whim after going to the dealership with my husband for his. I saw it tucked away and someone said the deal had just fallen through on it. I looked at my husband and I said “I’m not leaving here without that Jeep!” and the rest, is history. No mods, but she’s a Rubicon, so she does the dang thing on the trails I’ve taken her on. Named accordingly as my 11th vehicle, and she’s hybrid-electric!

    3. What is JGOF to you and why did join the leadership team.

JGOF to me means women getting together with a common interest and uplifting each other. There is a real feeling of acceptance and camaraderie at events! It’s exciting to immediately have a common interest with people! I joined the leaderships team because I enjoy meeting new people. Before I was a business owner, I was shy. Over the years I’ve become quite outgoing, and I like to help shy people feel comfortable and confident in new settings. Everyone had their first Jeep event, it’s scary- but SO worth it!

    4. Where is your favorite place that your Jeep has taken you?

My girl has never left FL, so I would say Clear Springs Ranch for Jeepin’ with Judd. An exciting event with a good cause!

    5. What has the “Jeep Life” given you?

Jeep life has brought so much to my life! I’ve met some of my best friends with my Jeep in tow! Jeep life brings an excitement to my life, something I can share with my friends and family. It brings a confidence to my life that I cherish.

    6. What is the one “Bucket List” thing you want to do with your Jeep.

I would love to do trails out west some day, maybe not with the Jeep I have now, but when I retire I’d like to build a Jeep to trailer around the country!

    7. If you could go back in time to the day you bought your Jeep what is the ONE piece of advice you would give yourself?

I would tell myself to go to Jeep events sooner! I was so nervous to go to events and I missed out on months of fun!

  • Stefani (Tampa Bay Region)

    1. Small intro of yourself (how long have you been with JGOF)

Hey Y’all! I’m Stefani! I’m located in Tampa, Born and Raised Florida Girl.  I’ve been a member of our national sisterhood SSS for a few years. I was so excited when Jeep Girls of Florida made its way into my life in 2023. I am beyond excited to be a member of our leadership team joining a dynamic and inspiring group of women all across the state who are driven to bring each other together.

    2. Tell us about your Jeep (name, any cool mods, etc)

Doug is a 2003 TJ. He got adopted bone stock and I’ve spent more time than I’m willing to admit changing just about … well everything. I taught myself to do car audio and electrical wiring in the process. I got over my fears of drilling holes in the body. I mounted bumpers and tires that weigh more than I do. While I don’t get off road as often as I would like; he is built for some fun. And he’s very capable of hunting down a dinosaur or two.

    3. What is JGOF to you and why did join the leadership team.

Our community of women, who are enthusiasts of the same lifestyle is vital to our existence. I love being part of a group that lifts each other up and drives each other to do more, do better, do bigger. And having women in and around our own neighborhoods is even better. You can ask advice and lend a hand.  Jeeps have the power to bring women from all walks of life to the same table and help us learn from each other.

    4. Where is your favorite place that your Jeep has taken you?

It’s cheesy to say but the best adventure Doug and I have been on is actually the weekend he came home. I flew across the country alone and drove him back by myself. I got to know every nook and cranny and every bump and ding that trip and i fell even more in love.

    5. What has the “Jeep Life” given you?

Confidence and friendships. I always knew how to do things to cars mechanically I never really trusted myself to do it alone. I’ve torn my Jeep apart from the ground up and put him back together. I know I’m strong enough and smart enough to do anything now. And I know Doug will drive where I point him. I also grew my friendships because of my Jeep. I met people at gas stations, in parking lots, at events. People who have changed my life. I will forever be grateful for the way my Jeep changed my life.

    6. What is the one “Bucket List” thing you want to do with your Jeep.

I am DYING to get out west. Big dream to have Doug shipped out to Utah and spend a few weeks exploring.

    7. If you could go back in time to the day you bought your Jeep what is the ONE piece of advice you would give yourself?

Don’t be scared. Take the backroad and trust the wheels underneath you.

  • Penny (Tampa Bay Region)

    1. Small intro of yourself (how long have you been with JGOF)

Hi, I'm Penny. I'm originally from Missouri and grew up offroading all sorts of vehicles (including my first car lol). I am an Air Force veteran and have lived in Florida 10 years now. You'll usually find me with Duke the Great Dane by my side.

    2. Tell us about your Jeep (name, any cool mods, etc)

My jeep is a 2017 JKU. It is mostly wrapped olive green (I need to finish that) and it is named Ope. Like ope sorry, which you will catch me saying quite often on accident (Midwestern vibes)

    3. What is JGOF to you and why did join the leadership team.

JGOF means community. I wouldn't have met my best friends if it weren't for the jeep community. I would like to plan events and be a part of another jeep girl finding her people.

    4. Where is your favorite place that your Jeep has taken you?

My jeep has taken me a lot of places. We have been to the beaches all over Florida. The mountains in TN and NC. Offroading in Citrus and everywhere in between.

    5. What has the “Jeep Life” given you?

The jeep life has brought me many new friends and many laughs along the way. It was a sense of belonging for this tomboy diva.

    6. What is the one “Bucket List” thing you want to do with your Jeep.

One bucket list thing I would like to do is keep traveling

    7. If you could go back in time to the day you bought your Jeep what is the ONE piece of advice you would give yourself?

Only thing I would change is the negative equity I accrued but I did it because jeeps hold value. So I think I did pretty good. It was a good choice lol

  • Megan (Tampa Bay Region)

    1. Small intro of yourself (how long have you been with JGOF)

My name is Megan Torres and I’ve been a member of JGOF since 2023 and I love sharing my knowledge and love of off roading so not long after joining the opportunity arose to join the leadership and I jumped at the chance.

    2. Tell us about your Jeep (name, any cool mods, etc)

My Jeep is the Queen Of Hearts. He is a 2019 Jeep Wrangler unlimited Sahara. A 2.5 inch lift with 35 inch mud tires. He has the mandatory first modification of a new antenna. lol. But I have also upgraded the speakers because we all know how the road noice is in a Jeep. A new bumper to accommodate a winch and lights, hood latches and some pillar lights. Also some quick disconnects. Plus the custom paint job that was lovely created by tree branches on the trails.

    3. What is JGOF to you and why did join the leadership team.

I was lucky enough to meet someone that shared her love of off roading with me and I have found a passion in it. I absolutely love it!! I love constantly finding myself doing things I didn’t know I could do and I love the feeling of passing that on and watching others experience the same and that’s what I want to bring to JGOF.

    4. Where is your favorite place that your Jeep has taken you?

As of 2023 I have attended Jeep beach 2 years in a row and when I tell you how amazing it is to see so many jeeps in one area it’s mind blowing. For me at least it’s a perfect mix of what I love, some obstacles, some mudding and then we hit the beach. I’m hoping for smoky mountain Jeep Invasion in 2024.

    5. What has the “Jeep Life” given you?

“Jeep Life” phase brought me so many things. I’m ultimately an introvert that has bouts of being an extrovert and this has given me all the opportunities I would ever need to let that out. But I have meet some great people and created memories I’ll never forget. As well as confidence in myself that I can push away my fears or uncertainty in myself and accomplish something great.

    6. What is the one “Bucket List” thing you want to do with your Jeep.

My bucket list is just to start traveling outside of Florida and wheel in as many places as I can.

    7. If you could go back in time to the day you bought your Jeep what is the ONE piece of advice you would give yourself?

Buy the extended warranty because this is about to be the best worst decision you ever made!!! lol I bought my Jeep stock so I can watch it grow and evolve into what I want it to be. while learning how to do a lot of the work myself.

  • Nitza (Northeast Region)

My name is Nitza and this is my boy Glow Stick, a 2017 JKU... I'm from Puerto Rico and I've been living in Florida for the last 13 years. My jeeping journey has been a total adventure from being too scared to even drive my jeep to becoming a trail leader. My life is full. My favorite place to ride on these days is the beach! The best mod I've done to my jeep is the soft top so I can go topless anytime I feel like. If it wasn't for JGFL I wouldn't have kept my jeep. My bucket list? I don't have any as I've done everything I've wanted. But if I could go back to the day I bought the jeep, I would rethink some of the modifications as they weren't necessary and cost me a lot. My line is and always will be:"JEEP-ON LADIES".

  • Sonya (Northeast Region)

    1. Small intro of yourself (how long have you been with JGOF)

My name is Sonya and I joined JGOF the Summer of 2023.

We FT RV so we are all over Florida  but right now my hubby took a job with the park service so we will be in Palm Coast for a while.

    2. Tell us about your Jeep (name, any cool mods, etc)

My Jeep is Hydro Blue 2022 Wrangler. I had Jeeps in the past but this is my 1st Wrangler.

Her name is Blu Keya. Keya is native for turtle and that is her theme. I also work at a turtle hospital and I’m on turtle patrol for Flagler county.

    3. What is JGOF to you and why did join the leadership team.

After belonging to other Jeep groups, this group is different. I wanted to belong to a tribe who encouraged and supported each other. And cheered on success and helped with goals. I wanted to belong to the leadership team to grow and also encourage newbies like myself.

    4. Where is your favorite place that your Jeep has taken you?

We have just been exploring Florida trails.

My favorite time was trail riding and getting dirty at Citrus wildlife mgmt area.

    5. What has the “Jeep Life” given you?

    6. What is the one “Bucket List” thing you want to do with your Jeep.

  • Debbie (Northeast Region)

Hey y'all my name is Debbie but most people call me Debs! I've been a member of JGOF since 2018 and a member of SSS since 2019. Im originally from Indiana. I've also lived in New York but Florida has been my home since 2016.

One afternoon my husband and I were driving around and I saw a fun looking bright green Jeep parked in our local dealership so I pulled in to see what it was. The salesman came out and I asked if I could drive it. It was my first time even being in a Jeep and WOW it was weird but fun. I got back and told the guy I'll take it. At that moment my husband was shocked, telling me we should think about it. I said there's nothing to think about, I'll take it lol. Little did I know how much my life would change from spontaneous moment!

JGOF is so much more than a Facebook group. It's a family of sisters! It's a group is women who love to meet, embrace and empower other women. We love to learn from each other and grow together. We're a support system. I love that fact that we're all different, yet come together to ride, wheel and wrench. Don't like to go off road? That's ok too because I also love to eat, shop, go to the beach and attend events. I look forward to learning to become  better at trailing. I'm also excited about wrenching days because my goal is to be able to do work on my Jeep myself.

A couple things I have in my bucket list is to wander thru the trails of the PNW and to climb the rocks at Moab.

  • Amber (Northeast Region)

    1. Small intro of yourself (how long have you been with JGOF)

Hi, I'm Amber and I've lived in Jacksonville since 1990 when the Navy moved us here from Dallas, Texas.

    2. Tell us about your Jeep (name, any cool mods, etc)

I previously had a 1996 2-door Wrangler and after I got a car in the 2000's I continually missed owning a Jeep. In 2017 I happily got my second one. She is aWrangler' and her name is IRMA. She proudly boasts an American Flag grill, 2" spacers, some neat wheels that sort of look like a sun, and any red accessories I get my hands on she gets to wear.

    3. What is JGOF to you and why did join the leadership team.

JGOF is such a cool idea and a way to meet and bond with other female Jeep owners. Being in leadership gives me the opportunity to give back to our community and to develop the group as we grow while also building a local "tribe" of female Jeepers.

    4. Where is your favorite place that your Jeep has taken you?

We enjoy riding on the beach in St Augustine. We get on the first entrance ramp possible, stop along the way for some sun, and then ride down to Crescent Beach where we usually end up at Salt Life for some food while headed back to Jax.

    5. What has the “Jeep Life” given you?

It has given me a new sense of life. The community, feeling free when you’re naked. Who knew you could love a hunk of metal so much. My husband thinks I love her more then him 😂

    6. What is the one “Bucket List” thing you want to do with your Jeep.

My "Jeep Bucket List" item is to make to MOAB one year.

    7. If you could go back in time to the day you bought your Jeep what is the ONE piece of advice you would give yourself?

Going back to the day I bought my Jeep, if I could give myself one piece of advice it would be to forget the practicality of a four door and buy the 2-door you really wanted.

    2. Tell us about your Jeep (name, any cool mods, etc)

Currently I am driving a 2023 High Velocity Yellow 392.  Her name is Giggles, because I laugh ever time I start her up!  So far, the only thing I have done is get her some new shoes.  Changed out her 32s and moved to 35s.

    4. Where is your favorite place that your Jeep has taken you?

Everywhere my Giggles takes me is my favorite!  I would love to say I like to go to Hardrock, but the last 2 times I have been there I have hurt my Jeep!  Lol.  I still enjoy.  I have yet to take her out of state offroading, but it is on my list!!

    5. What has the “Jeep Life” given you?

Since I have been a Jeep Girl, I have met so many wonderful people.  Even as I have left other groups, I remain in close contact with the people I have met.  Some are my very best friends!!  I love the whole community and the way Jeep people help others.  I also have more confidence in my abilities!  I use to say, I can't do that.  I never say that anymore!

    7. If you could go back in time to the day you bought your Jeep what is the ONE piece of advice you would give yourself?

What advice can I give? Once you drive a Jeep you don’t go back !! A Jeep is not for everyone; it inside your blood and a feeling as you and the Jeep are one !!

  • Suzy (Central Region)

    1. Small intro of yourself (how long have you been with JGOF)

Hello, my name is Suzy Vincent. I’m originally from San Diego California (born and raised). My family and I used to jeep in the San Diego deserts. I joined JGOF back in 2020 when I first bought my jeep but then the club was deactivated for a while. Now I’m back and glad to see it going again.

    2. Tell us about your Jeep (name, any cool mods, etc)

I have a 2016 Jeep Wrangler MANUAL 4 door in Firecracker red. She has a 3” lift with 35” tires. No other major modification to her other than bumpers, winch, etc. He name is Mistress.

    3. What is JGOF to you and why did join the leadership team.

Most people think that Jeeping is about guys working on jeeps and taking their partners, friends, etc. for rides. Women love to jeep just as much as the next person. You’d be surprised what women know about jeeps. I want to be around women who are willing to share their knowledge about Jeeping and bringing a sisterhood together at the same time.

    4. Where is your favorite place that your Jeep has taken you?

I haven’t been on very many different trail locations. I’d have to say that my favorite would have to be Clean Springs Ranch for Jeeping with Judd.

    5. What has the “Jeep Life” given you?

The Jeep Life has brought friendship and fun into my life. This is something that my whole family enjoys doing. My husband and I have an absolute blast when we are out getting “dirty.”

    6. What is the one “Bucket List” thing you want to do with your Jeep.

The one thing on my bucket list to do is go to Moab and Tennessee. We used to jeep in California (moved to Florida in 2019). In the San Diego deserts, the trails are endless and loaded with lots of history. The sand dunes are plentiful, beautiful and I miss them dearly.

    7. If you could go back in time to the day you bought your Jeep what is the ONE piece of advice you would give yourself?

The advice I would give myself is that Jeeping is fun and expensive (lol). But the rewards are endless, and the friendships are forever.
